The Shield’s second season begins airings on 1-7-2003 with the episode entitled ‘The Quick Fix’. Second season of this long running series begins with Detective Vic Mackey, as he is searching for his wife Corinne and three children who have left him alone. On the other hand, Strike team’s armed robbery embroils the whole team in a heavy drama. Later on this season, Vic gets his family rescued but troubles do start once again from here. His co-worker detective Claudette Wyms wants to explore Vic’s relations with the underworld. How to stop him?? This is the question which Vic looking answer is for. Season also shows how the various members of the Strike Force really got together. During this season, Vic burns a gang leader’s face on a stove which causes an equivalent revenge against one of his supporters. Season finale ‘Dominoes Falling’ was aired on 4-1-2003. Season ends as Officer Julian Lowe is no longer a part of the big picture. Meanwhile, Officer Danielle Danny Sofer receives some very disturbing news. Julian’s harassment reaches at a whole new level.
